Precise 3D modeling for structural integrity. Center of gravity, axle loads, seating, and bedding layouts are resolved digitally based on your usage scenario. This allows you to visualize the safety and comfort balance on the model, not on paper, before hit the road.
Industrial Fabrication
Heavy-duty steel and lightweight composites. Chassis reinforcements, cabin structure, water, and electrical routing are planned considering long-distance and off-road conditions; all critical connections are secured with a bolt and weld combination.
Interior Assembly
Premium materials and smart systems. Woodwork, upholstery, and coatings are selected with maintenance and cleaning ease in mind. In the final stage, water tests, electrical load tests, and interior noise/insulation controls are performed.
